What Nimal is looking for
I wanna have a role that fosters building, on paper I'm a security engineer who can secure your application, scale your infrastructure and protect it too but I love learning and growing something, I want a role that gets me to buuilding and implementing something new often, I can keep the lights running and im also one who loves to be proactive and outgoing to push the porduct out to the right people with the network i have built so far and wanna expand building.
Why Nimal is exploring
I am graduating in December from university and I want to work in a fast paced environment with the knowledge I have built across the whole stack from my experience and high-level certifications and projects, I believe I stand far apart from other candidates you come across.
What won't fit on a resume
One that comes to mind is this code auditing tool I built that helped me disclose countless vulnerabilities from peoples applications that gained upward of 600+ stars on github, just being helpful, sending in PRs to secure their code from bad actors and I often love to work on projects where I work as a solutions architect to build out secure and reliable, scalable infra with all sorts of new technologies. Countless instances of vulnerabilities I discovered while doing my certification exam and securing it. building with agents and projects that excite me on the future like working on infra that is entirely for the agent stack with all sorts of new protocols, working on web3 stuff which I love cause who doesn't, its incredibly interesting.
