What Ahron is building
Ahron is an orchestration layer that sits on top of the HR systems a large company already runs, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, ADP and ServiceNow, and puts AI agents to work across them. The agents handle the work that falls between systems: chasing hiring managers for feedback, checking payroll runs, and moving a new hire through onboarding. The systems of record stay where they are. The product has three layers. A process twin built on Celonis process intelligence maps how HR work actually flows through a company's data before anything gets automated. The agents execute. And a control plane enforces policy: every workflow is checked before it runs, humans approve where required, and every action is logged. Rado's framing is that HR is unusually sensitive, so autonomous agents need guardrails that guarantee they stay inside the rules. That control plane is where the new money goes. The bet is that enterprises will let agents touch employee data only if governance is a first-class product, not a compliance appendix, especially with GDPR and the EU AI Act in play.
Why this matters
Enterprise HR runs on four or five systems that were never designed to talk to each other, so a large share of HR headcount is spent moving information between them by hand. Point-solution AI tools add a sixth system. Ahron's argument is that the agent layer has to sit across the stack and be governable, because hiring, pay and employee records are among the most regulated data a company holds.
