What Zaria is building
Zaria is a fiduciary for structured finance. Today it provides loan servicing, backup servicing, collateral management and agency services to structured-finance lenders and lenders backed by digital assets. Its pitch is "the real-time infrastructure layer that mark-to-market credit has been missing": 24/7 collateral monitoring for loans backed by assets like bitcoin, which trade around the clock while traditional servicers work bank hours. Backup servicing is built for "same-day transition readiness" if a primary servicer fails. The bigger move is the bank charter. In July 2026 the OCC received Zaria's application for Zaria National Trust Bank, a special-purpose national bank limited to trust activities. It would take no deposits, make no loans and issue no digital currency. What it would do is act as corporate trustee (indenture trustee, for instance) on ABS and CLO deals, plus agency services on credit facilities. Its existing operating subsidiary, Zaria Servicing LLC, would merge into the bank on approval. The work is already live. American Banker reports Zaria was named backup servicer on Ledn's $188M bitcoin-backed securitization in early 2026, and its release names Ledn, Maple, Galaxy, Kraken and Figure as platform partners.
