Wyre AI is document intelligence for the phase of a construction project before anyone breaks ground. A general contractor bidding a job receives a drawing set and a specification book — often thousands of pages — and has days to work out exactly what is in scope, what is missing, and where the two documents contradict each other. That work is done by people reading under deadline, and what they miss becomes a change order later. The product splits into two named pieces. Wyre Scopes ingests a full document set and produces organised, trade-specific scope packages, with every line traceable back to the page it came from. Wyre Check is the adversarial half: it hunts for conflicts and gaps *between* the drawings and the specs. Why this matters
Sunil Dorairajan has done the adjacent version of this once already. He co-founded Pype, whose AutoSpecs product automated submittal log creation from specifications, and Autodesk acquired the company in 2020. Pype attacked the document problem *after* the contract was signed. Wyre attacks it before, which is the higher-leverage end: Ty Findley's stated reason for leading the round is that preconstruction 'is the phase where the highest-stakes decisions are made and margins are set.'
