About AdeptID & Lucid Staffing

AdeptID is an AI-first talent company built around search and match technology that solves critical labor shortages.

Together with Lucid Staffing Solutions, we are building a next-generation healthcare staffing organization by combining:

  • A clinician-led operating philosophy
  • Deep healthcare domain expertise in nursing and allied health
  • Proprietary AI and automation that dramatically compress time to fill, reduce recruiter toil, and improve match quality

Rather than operating as a traditional agency, Adept is designed as a scalable staffing platform. We invest heavily in technology, data, and process so recruiters can focus on high-value human judgment and relationships, not manual work. Our culture emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth.

Role Summary

  • The Account Manager is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with existing healthcare facility clients. This role acts as the liaison between Lucid's recruiting team and client facilities-ensuring open communication, timely fulfillment of orders, and long-term client satisfaction and growth.
You will work closely with recruiting, business development, and operations to translate AdeptID's technology advantage into real-world staffing outcomes and lasting client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, including hospitals, imaging centers, and other healthcare facilities.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with facility contacts through regular calls, emails, and video meetings.
  • Attend client check-ins, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and weekly team syncs to maintain alignment and trust.
  • Resolve client issues quickly and professionally, escalating when needed to maintain service excellence.
  • Order Management & Recruiting Coordination
  • Manage job orders end-to-end: confirm accuracy, update statuses, and communicate candidate submissions and feedback promptly.
  • Partner with recruiting to ensure jobs are prioritized, filled efficiently, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Address job description or pay rate inconsistencies proactively to minimize delays and rework.
  • Performance Tracking & Account Growth
  • Track fill rates, time-to-fill, and revenue by account; identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with business development on new client transitions and account expansions.
  • Deliver regular account performance summaries and strategic growth recommendations.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Client contact points per week
  • Open job growth per quarter
  • Client check-in frequency

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or staffing operations, preferably in healthcare staffing.
  • Prior experience as a clinician. You'll join a team of Recruiters and Account Managers who also have previous clinician experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare staffing workflows, including job order management, credentialing timelines, and VMS platforms.
  • Proficiency with staffing technology platforms (experience with Sense or Bullhorn is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting on account performance metrics.
  • Background in consultative sales or business development within healthcare.
