Influencer Marketing Specialist

As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will own our creator partnerships across social media platforms in the global market. You'll find the right voices in the car community, build long-term relationships with them, and turn collaborations into measurable growth – working closely with our brand, creative, social media and sales teams.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute influencer marketing strategies, aligned with brand objectives, target audiences and campaign goals.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend suitable influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors based on audience fit, engagement quality, credibility, reach, and brand alignment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and creator networks to support long-term partnerships and campaign success.
• Lead negotiations on fees, content deliverables, usage rights, timelines, exclusivity, and performance expectations in coordination with legal and procurement teams when needed.
• Coordinate influencer campaigns from briefing to content approval, posting schedules, tracking links, promo codes, and final delivery.
• Review influencer content to ensure it meets brand guidelines, campaign objectives, legal requirements, disclosure rules, and platform standards.
• Track and report key metrics such as reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, sales, ROI, cost per engagement, and audience sentiment.

What We Expect From You

• Experience working with influencers, content creators, agencies, talent managers, or creator platforms. Proficient in managing influencer campaigns from planning and outreach to execution, reporting, and optimization.
• Experience using social media analytics tools, influencer marketing platforms, tracking links, promo codes, and reporting dashboards.
• Strong ability to identify, evaluate, and select influencers based on audience fit, engagement quality, authenticity, brand alignment, and campaign goals. Knowledge of influencer pricing, negotiation, usage rights, exclusivity terms, and disclosure requirements.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to collaborate with internal teams such as brand, creative, social media, legal and sales.
• Professional fluency in Lithuanian and strong spoken and written English skills.

Salary range

Gross salary from 3500 – 5000 EUR/Month, depending on your experience.
