Role Overview

The Partnerships Manager plays a pivotal role in both managing a wider team as well as driving effective collaboration and growth within Viva.com. This role is essential in supporting partners at a national level, ensuring efficient onboarding, verification, and activation of new merchants, while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration to enhance partner relationships and business impact.

• By emphasizing the significance of cross-functional collaboration, the Partnerships Manager will ensure that Viva.com continues to provide seamless and innovative financial solutions to businesses across Europe, fostering a dynamic ecosystem of tech partner-innovators.
• Lead and support the Partner Relationship Representative team to ensure strong performance and alignment with business goals;
• Identify and develop strategic collaborations with partners across Italy;
• Drive partner success by executing growth strategies focused on long-term value and customer satisfaction;
• Support high-impact partner engagements and resolve complex issues or escalations;
• Oversee the Partner Relationship Representative pipeline and opportunities, adjusting focus as needed and reporting progress to senior management;
• Foster a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and talent development;
• Interest in AI-powered tools and openness to working in AI-enhanced environments

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in enhancing partner relationships and driving business impact through cross-functional collaboration.

• Proven ability to identify business potential and added value in technology-driven commercial solutions.

• Lead, manage, and motivate the Partnerships Team

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve team goals.

• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and training as necessary.

• Proficiency in English and the local language at a business level.
