Questions

How do you find startup jobs before they hit the big job boards?

We pull new roles every day straight from where startups hire: Y Combinator's Work at a Startup, Wellfound, and the Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever and Workable pages of funded startups. New roles show up here early, often before they spread to the big job boards.

What does autopilot do?

Paste your LinkedIn and answer a few quick questions: the role you want, where, your salary floor, company size and the tone of your emails. Autopilot finds roles that fit and writes a short, specific email for each one, built from your real experience and the job posting.

Does it send emails for me?

No. You read every email, change anything you like and send it from your own Gmail. Nothing goes out without you pressing send.

Who are the emails written for?

The person who leads hiring for that team, not a careers inbox. A short note that shows you understand the work gets read; an application in a pile of 500 usually doesn't.

Why startups?

Startups that just raised hire fast, often before they post widely, and a direct note to the right person still works there. Early equity can also be worth a lot if you negotiate well.

Do you offer refunds or guarantees?

No, since landing the role comes down to you. We find roles early, when there's far less competition, and write the first email for you. You can cancel anytime.
