Role
You get new education customers live and successful on Whop: coaches, masterminds, bootcamps, and anyone teaching a skill. You run onboarding, get them using the product, and set them up to grow.
This is a highly entrepreneurial role with a lot of freedom. You own the customer’s first months on Whop.
What You’ll Do
- Onboard new education customers and get them live fast
- Move their programs, communities, and payments onto Whop
- Get them using the core product and the rest of the stack
- Spot accounts at risk early and fix the problem yourself
- Hand healthy, growing accounts to the account team
What We’re Looking For
- Operator background in education or coaching, or you have run your own online business
- Top performing CSM or onboarding lead at a high growth startup
- Strong at running many accounts at once without dropping any
- Comfortable talking to the person who owns the business
Compensation / perks
- Compensation range: $200,000 to $250,000
- Best in class base + OTE with competitive equity
- Location: In-person NYC / Brooklyn, 5 days in office
