Role Overview

We are looking for a highly capable Social Media Specialist to join our team on-site and play a key role in managing client activity, coordinating teams, overseeing campaign performance, and driving digital growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a Greek speaker with excellent command of English, able to lead communication with both clients and internal teams, while understanding the bigger strategic picture as well as day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee digital marketing strategy and execution across multiple client accounts
• Coordinate campaigns across channels including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, email marketing, and other digital touchpoints where relevant
• Manage client communication, presentations, planning meetings, and strategic alignment
• Translate business objectives into clear marketing plans and actionable media strategies
• Supervise campaign performance and ensure teams deliver against KPIs and deadlines
• Review reports, analyze performance trends, and provide recommendations for optimization and growth
• Collaborate with specialists, analysts, creatives, and technical teams to ensure high-quality delivery
• Support budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and account development
• Identify new opportunities, services, and growth initiatives that create value for both clients and the business
• Ensure excellence in execution, communication, and overall client experience

Requirements

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Proven experience in digital marketing management, account management, or a similar leadership role
• Strong understanding of paid media, digital strategy, reporting, and campaign optimization
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, projects, and priorities simultaneously
• Experience in client communication and presentation delivery
• Strong strategic and commercial thinking
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong analytical mindset and confidence in working with performance data
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
