Attracting and retaining premier talent is our top priority and the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will collaborate extensively with the HR and Recruiting teams to provide a world class recruiting experience with Jump.

What You'll Do

• Interface with vendors, candidates, and colleagues to schedule and manage all candidate interviews.
• Track all interview details in the applicant tracking system, Greenhouse.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all candidates on their interview day.
• Analyze pre-employment paperwork, reviewing for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates with internal travel team.
• Update and maintain all candidate profiles in Greenhouse and confirm all relevant data is captured and tracked.
• Collaborate extensively with global recruiting team to create successful strategies for marketing Jump and building our brand.
• Other duties as assigned or needed.

Skills You'll Need

• Strong organizational skills.
• Must be proficient in MS Outlook, Word & Excel.
• At least 3+ years previous administrative experience strongly preferred.
• Previous experience using an ATS, CRM, or candidate management tool preferred but not required.
• Excellent data entry skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• A hardworking and upbeat personality.
• Proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Excellent communicator with a customer service mindset.
• Reliable and predictable availability.
