About the Role
Join an early-stage AI procurement software company as Chief of Staff, working closely with the founders on the company's highest-priority initiatives. You will own operational and go-to-market execution, build systems that support growth, and help the team adopt AI across its work.
What You'll Do
- Move strategic priorities forward and turn decisions into measurable progress.
- Own go-to-market execution and sales operations by building repeatable systems, playbooks, and automation.
- Develop the operational foundation across reporting, tools, vendor management, and internal processes.
- Identify AI tools, run experiments, and integrate useful approaches into the company's workflows.
- Lead cross-functional projects from initial analysis through delivery, including work on markets, positioning, pricing, and partnerships.
- Communicate key decisions and keep teams aligned so initiatives continue to make progress.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in a demanding environment, such as strategy consulting, venture capital, a high-growth startup, or founding a company.
- Daily, hands-on use of AI tools and a strong understanding of their capabilities.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Experience owning go-to-market execution or sales operations, including building systems, playbooks, or automation.
- A track record of delivering cross-functional company-building projects.
- Willingness to work on-site in Berlin, or currently based there.
