Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.
The role. Design and bring up high-performance DPU boards and modules — schematic through debug on real silicon.
What you'll do
- Own schematic design and layout oversight
- Bring up boards and debug at the bench
- Run design verification and margin testing
- Support DFM/DFT with manufacturing engineering
- Document designs and drive ECOs
What you'll bring
- 5+ years board-level hardware design
- High-speed interfaces (PCIe, DDR, SerDes) experience
- Strong lab/debug skills
- BSEE
Pay range: $130,000 – $165,000 per year
