About the role
We're hiring a Head of Marketing to own DB Financial's growth across Arabic-speaking markets, starting with Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine and Egypt. You'll build and lead the regional marketing strategy for our forex and CFD brokerage, from acquisition to retention, working closely with BD, partnerships, compliance and the content team.
What you'll do
Build and run the regional marketing plan and budget for Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine and Egypt.
Lead performance marketing (Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic) with clear CPL, FTD and ROI targets.
Drive Arabic content, social media, webinars, events and community growth.
Work with IBs, affiliates and introducing partners to grow regional acquisition.
Make sure every campaign follows financial-promotion and compliance rules.
Hire, lead and develop the regional marketing team and agencies.
Report weekly on funnel performance, from lead to funded client.
Requirements
What you’ll bring
Proven marketing experience in the forex / CFD brokerage industry (a must).
7+ years in marketing, with at least 3 years leading a team or a regional function.
Native or fluent Arabic and fluent English.
Strong knowledge of the Levant and Egypt markets.
Hands-on with performance marketing, CRM and attribution tools.
Understanding of financial-promotion compliance.
Live on DB Financial's board as of 3 Nov. We check it every day.
