About the role
We’re hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to run the systems, data and processes behind DB Financial’s marketing across Arabic-speaking markets. You’ll make sure every campaign is tracked, every lead reaches the right team fast, and the numbers we report are right.
What you’ll do
Own the marketing tech stack: CRM, marketing automation, tracking and reporting.
Set up and maintain campaign tracking and attribution (UTMs, GA4, Tag Manager, ad-platform pixels and conversion APIs).
Build lead routing, nurture flows and lifecycle journeys from lead to funded client.
Run dashboards and weekly reports on funnel performance, CPL, FTD and ROI.
Keep marketing data clean and keep consent and compliance rules in place.
Work with performance marketing, BD, IBs/affiliates, sales and compliance.
Requirements
What you’ll bring
Marketing operations experience in the forex / CFD brokerage or online trading industry (a must).
4+ years in marketing operations, CRM or marketing analytics.
Hands-on admin of a CRM or marketing automation platform.
Strong tracking and attribution skills, plus a reporting tool such as Looker Studio or Power BI.
Native or fluent Arabic and fluent English.
Live on DB Financial's board as of 3 Nov. We check it every day.
