AIApply review (2026): what it does, what it costs, and what users say

We read AIApply's own pages and its Trustpilot reviews on October 23, 2026, and every fact about it below links to where we read it.

Updated . Written by The Anti Job Board: we make a job search tool that doesn't auto-apply, so we compete with AIApply for the same job seekers. Read it knowing that.

The short version

AIApply is run by AIApply Limited[1], which Trustpilot lists in the United Kingdom with 4.3 from 2,052 reviews, 11% of them one star[2]. Auto Apply is a separate subscription from its $29-a-month toolkit[3]: $49 a month for 100 applications or $99 for 250, with tailored resumes and cover letters at $12 a month each on top[4]. It can send without asking (Auto Mode), send only strong matches (Hybrid) or wait for your OK on every one (Review Mode)[5]. If you try it, use Review Mode.

What AIApply does

AIApply sells two things. Premium, its toolkit, covers the resume builder, the cover letter generator and mock interviews, for $29 a month or $144 a year[3]. Auto Apply is a separate subscription: it finds jobs that match your filters, applies to them, and keeps going daily as new jobs appear[6].

How much it does without you is your choice. Auto Mode submits without waiting for your approval. Hybrid submits jobs with a fit score of 75 or more and holds the rest for you. Review Mode needs your approval for every job[5]. It fills in multi-step forms and custom questions from an answer library you keep, and skips application systems it can't fill in yet, without using a credit[5].

What it costs

AIApply's pricing page shows no amounts[1]. Its help centre does: Auto Apply is $49 a month for 100 applications, $99 a month for 250 or $199 a quarter for 750, and upgrades go up to $499 for 2,000[4]. A credit is one application that went through. Unused credits roll over while you stay subscribed, and go at the end of the period once you cancel[4].

Its Auto Apply page says it writes a tailored resume and cover letter for each role[6], but the help centre lists tailored resumes and tailored cover letters as add-ons at $12 a month each[4]. With both, 100 applications a month come to $73, or $102 with the toolkit[4][3].

One user's account of it on Reddit is titled "AI Apply: $639, 78 days and 1283 applications later"[7].

What users say

On Trustpilot, AIApply scores 4.3 from 2,052 reviews: 66% give five stars, 18% four and 11% one[2]. Trustpilot notes that AIApply invites its customers to review it[2]. Its summary of recent reviews says reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience, and that some weren't happy with how accurately jobs were matched[2].

AIApply's own Auto Apply page shows a 4.7 rating and says 2,064,348 people use it[6].

Worth it if

You want resume and cover letter tools anyway, you're applying to a lot of companies at once, and you'll keep Auto Apply in Review Mode so nothing goes out unread.

Skip it if

You want a handful of startups to notice you. A tailored application is still one of hundreds in the pile, and each add-on raises the monthly bill.

AIApply or emailing the person hiring?

AIApply sends applications for you, and each one joins the same pile as everyone else's. We work the other way round. The Anti Job Board is a job search autopilot for startup roles. You paste your LinkedIn and answer a few questions; every morning it finds new roles that fit at startups and tech companies, finds the person who leads hiring for each one by name, and writes a short email to them in your voice. You read every email and send it from your own Gmail. It doesn't auto-apply or fill in application forms for you.

The case for the email is the size of the pile: LinkedIn was processing about 11,000 applications a minute in 2025, 45% more than a year before[8]. A hiring manager's inbox is a lot quieter.

The two can work together: let an auto-applier cover breadth, and send a few emails to the people hiring at the startups you want most. Our plans start at $33.99 a month, and a free run shows you how many live roles fit you first.

Frequently asked questions

Is AIApply legit?

Yes. It's a real product from AIApply Limited[1], which Trustpilot lists in the United Kingdom with 4.3 from 2,052 reviews[2]. Whether it's worth the money depends on what you add: Auto Apply and tailoring are separate subscriptions from the toolkit[4][3].
