What JobHire.AI does

You upload your CV and set your criteria, and JobHire.AI applies to hundreds of matching jobs, "bypasses ATS filters" and submits before other candidates, it says[1]. It's for U.S. roles only[1]. You can let it apply for you, or review each job yourself[2].

It says interview invitations usually start 7 to 14 days after you set up, and that 35,000+ people found jobs through it[1].

What it costs

JobHire.AI has three subscription plans, Standard, Pro and Extended, and sells extra tools on top[2]. Its site shows no prices: it sends you to the pricing section after you sign up[2]. There's no free trial, though subscribing straight after registering unlocks a one-time discount[2].

Worth it if

You're applying for U.S. roles, you want it hands-off, and you don't mind seeing the price after you sign up.

Skip it if

You want to know what you'll pay before you hand over your details, or you're looking outside the U.S.

JobHire.AI or emailing the person hiring?

JobHire.AI sends applications for you, and each one joins the same pile as everyone else's. We work the other way round. The Anti Job Board is a job search autopilot for startup roles. You paste your LinkedIn and answer a few questions; every morning it finds new roles that fit at startups and tech companies, finds the person who leads hiring for each one by name, and writes a short email to them in your voice. You read every email and send it from your own Gmail. It doesn't auto-apply or fill in application forms for you.

The case for the email is the size of the pile: LinkedIn was processing about 11,000 applications a minute in 2025, 45% more than a year before[5]. A hiring manager's inbox is a lot quieter.

The two can work together: let an auto-applier cover breadth, and send a few emails to the people hiring at the startups you want most. Our plans start at $33.99 a month, and a free run shows you how many live roles fit you first.
