Updated . Written by The Anti Job Board: we make a job search tool that doesn't auto-apply, so we compete with JobCopilot for the same job seekers. Read it knowing that.
The short version
JobCopilot applies to jobs for you on companies' own career pages, which it watches across 500,000+ companies, up to 50 applications a day[1]. It's priced by the day, from about $0.93 on Premium[2], and it can unlock hiring managers' emails so you can follow up[1]. What JobCopilot does
JobCopilot looks for new jobs every day on over 500,000 company career pages and applies to the ones that pass your filters, up to 50 a day[1]. It says it applies only to verified jobs on official career pages, which keeps it away from fake listings[1]. It can tailor your resume for each role, with the option to review before applying, and learns from the answers you edit[1].
It also lets you follow up on applications by unlocking hiring managers' emails[1]; the Elite plan includes credits for contacting them[2].
What it costs
Premium starts from about $0.93 a day, with one copilot and up to 20 job matches a day. Elite starts from about $1.05 a day, with three copilots, up to 50 matches a day, a tailored resume for every application and credits to contact hiring managers[2]. Plans are weekly, monthly or quarterly, and the pricing page shows the daily rate rather than what each plan charges[2]. At the lowest rate, 30 days come to about $28.
What users say
Trustpilot shows 1.9 from 92 reviews: 23% give five stars and 60% give one[3]. Trustpilot adds that JobCopilot hasn't invited customers to review recently, so its reviews may not be representative[3]. Its summary of recent reviews says many reviewers complained about subscription costs and trouble cancelling, and that the AI often put inaccurate information on resumes, while some found the automation genuinely helpful[3].
On Reddit, one user's post is titled "JobCopilot - review(don't use)"[4]. JobCopilot's own site says over 100,000 people use it[1].
Worth it if
You want applications going out every day to companies' own career pages, and you'll turn on review so you see each one first.
Skip it if
You care about what you'll be charged and cancelling cleanly: its reviews dwell on both.
JobCopilot or emailing the person hiring?
JobCopilot sends applications for you, and each one joins the same pile as everyone else's. We work the other way round. The Anti Job Board is a job search autopilot for startup roles. You paste your LinkedIn and answer a few questions; every morning it finds new roles that fit at startups and tech companies, finds the person who leads hiring for each one by name, and writes a short email to them in your voice. You read every email and send it from your own Gmail. It doesn't auto-apply or fill in application forms for you.
JobCopilot comes closest to us of the tools we've reviewed, since it also gets you hiring managers' emails[1]. The order is the difference: it applies first and lets you email after, while we skip the application and write the email for you to send.
The case for the email is the size of the pile: LinkedIn was processing about 11,000 applications a minute in 2025, 45% more than a year before[5]. A hiring manager's inbox is a lot quieter.
The two can work together: let an auto-applier cover breadth, and send a few emails to the people hiring at the startups you want most. Our plans start at $33.99 a month, and a free run shows you how many live roles fit you first.
