Jobright review (2026): what it does, what it costs, and what users say

We read Jobright's own pages and its Trustpilot reviews on October 23, 2026, and every fact about it below links to where we read it.

Updated . Written by The Anti Job Board: we make a job search tool that doesn't auto-apply, so we compete with Jobright for the same job seekers. Read it knowing that.

The short version

Jobright is a job search site first: it matches you to jobs, tailors your resume, autofills applications and suggests people inside the company to ask for a referral[1]. Its AI agent can also apply for you[2]. The basic service is free and Premium was $30 a month in June 2025, its blog said[3]; the site's Pricing page is for employers, so check the app for today's price[1]. It has the best Trustpilot score of the tools we've reviewed, 4.8 from 3,640 reviews[4].

What Jobright does

Jobright matches you to jobs from over 8 million listings, with 400,000 new ones a day, it says[1]. Its one-click autofill fills in applications across all major ATS platforms, and it suggests alumni and hiring managers to ask for a referral, which it says makes an interview four times likelier[1].

Its AI agent goes further: it matches roles, tailors your resume and applies for you[2].

Who's behind it, and what it costs

Jobright launched in 2023, is based in Santa Clara, California, and had raised $7.7 million by June 2025, its blog said[3]. The same post says the basic service is free and Premium is $30 a month[3]. Its site's Pricing link is for employers, so check the price in the app before you pay[1].

What users say

On Trustpilot, Jobright scores 4.8 from 3,640 reviews: 84% five stars and 1% one star[4]. Trustpilot notes that Jobright invites its customers to review it[4]. Its summary of recent reviews says people like the clean layout and filters, and that some found the autofill sometimes needs checking by hand[4].

Jobright's site says over 3 million people use it[1].

Worth it if

You want help finding the jobs and the people inside them, and you're happy to check each application yourself.

Skip it if

You want the agent to apply hands-off and want the price first: the site's Pricing page is for employers, so it's in the app.

Jobright or emailing the person hiring?

Jobright sends applications for you, and each one joins the same pile as everyone else's. We work the other way round. The Anti Job Board is a job search autopilot for startup roles. You paste your LinkedIn and answer a few questions; every morning it finds new roles that fit at startups and tech companies, finds the person who leads hiring for each one by name, and writes a short email to them in your voice. You read every email and send it from your own Gmail. It doesn't auto-apply or fill in application forms for you.

Jobright's referrals are the nearest thing here to what we do: it points you at people inside the company[1]. We go one step on, to the person who leads hiring for the role, with their work email and the email written.

The case for the email is the size of the pile: LinkedIn was processing about 11,000 applications a minute in 2025, 45% more than a year before[5]. A hiring manager's inbox is a lot quieter.

The two can work together: let an auto-applier cover breadth, and send a few emails to the people hiring at the startups you want most. Our plans start at $33.99 a month, and a free run shows you how many live roles fit you first.
